The coach was awarded with a diploma and a medal by Silveira Ramos, president of the ANTF, for his work at the highest level of Portuguese futsal. “There are certain awards that are always great to win and this is fantastic because it is an award given by my fellow coaches. I believe that this is an award that is usually given based upon competence and quality of work and this is an award given by those people that know exactly what I have done and that makes me very happy”, noted the Sporting futsal coach. Silveira Ramos also took the opportunity to give a few words, noting that “the award was originally meant to be handed over at the ANTF Congress, but, as Orlando cannot attend, I would like to give it to him personally. This is a great chance to distinguish him with an award that not only speaks for futsal, but also for other sports.”
