What does it mean to play for Sporting in Europe?
Sporting is a massive Club which has helped me a lot. Here I have grown as both an athlete and a person. To be part of such a Club that does such a good job in training youth players makes me feel really proud.
Why is the NextGen Series so important?
Because it is a really competitive competition that helps us grow as footballers.
What would you say you have already done for Sporting?
I have laughed over victories and I have cried over loses. For Sporting I always try my best.
What has been your most memorable moment so far in a Sporting shirt?
The games against Benfica have really left a mark on me. They were two games that we managed to win in the last minute. Who would say that would happen twice? It is almost too good to be true.
What do the fans mean to the team?
They mean a lot. The love of our fans helps us a lot and they give us the strength and motivation to carry on.
Why is the Sporting/Puma Academy so important?
It gives us the chance to develop healthily. It literally has everything: we study, we eat well, we grow as sportsmen and we rest well. It is a quality space that is perfect for the life of a sportsman.
