Access to the Stadium Tour & Museum, for holders of a valid ticket, is subject to the following conditions:
- Entry or stay under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, psychotropic substances or similar products is not permitted;
- Eating or drinking outside designated areas is not permitted;
- Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult;
- Professional collection of images, video or audio for commercial use and/or production of content that violates the privacy of others involved is not permitted;
- Stepping onto the grass and circulating in restricted areas is not permitted;
- For your safety and for the smooth running of the visit, please stay on the defined route.
The use of equipment that may hinder the safety or well-being of visitors is not permitted, notably: soccer cleats, scooters, skateboards or roller skates. Due to external restrictions, games or events, there may be a cancellation of visiting hours or changes to the route without prior notice.
For cancellations or changes made more than 24 hours before the start of the activity: full refund of the reservation amount.
For cancellations or changes made within 24 hours prior to the start of the activity, or in case of no-show: there will be no refund.
