Are there alternatives on rainy days for outdoor activities?
Yes, the program is adapted for indoor spaces (gyms) if necessary.

Who supervises the children during the activities?
All children and young participants are supervised by the team of monitors and coaches (when applicable).

Is parking available for guests?
At José Alvalade Stadium, parking is available for a fee. At the Cristiano Ronaldo Academy, there is no parking on-site; however, security can authorize a brief entry to drop off participants.

Can I bring my own birthday cake?
Yes, bringing your own cake is allowed if notified in advance. In this case, you must also bring all necessary utensils (knife, plate, cutlery, etc.), as they are not provided by Sporting CP.

What happens if a child does not want to participate in a specific activity? Are alternatives available?
If a child does not want to participate in an activity, no alternative activities will be provided.

Can parents watch or stay during the party?
Immediate family members or legal guardians may be present only during the welcome and later during the snack and/or “Happy Birthday” celebration, if applicable. During activities, participants will be supervised by monitors and, if applicable, Sporting CP coaches. Exceptionally, and upon prior notice and approval by Sporting CP, the permanent presence of up to 2 adults may be allowed, subject to an additional fee of €20 per person.

When should I confirm the final number of guests?
The final number of guests must be confirmed at least 5 working days before the Birthday Party.

What happens if the number of children differs from the confirmed number?
If fewer children attend, no refunds will be issued. If more children attend than expected, an additional fee will be charged per extra participant.

Can I reschedule the party to another date?
Yes, provided it is requested at least 10 days in advance and the new date is available.

Can the party be canceled by Sporting CP?
Sporting CP reserves the right to cancel the Birthday Party in exceptional circumstances, such as fires, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen events that compromise safety, as well as due to high-risk matches or events at Sporting facilities.
