Discounts: 10% in the final price for members with up-to-date fees (Birthday child must be members)
Birthday Packages, Gifts, and Snacks: Prices per participant.
Offer: Free Birthday Pack for the birthday child.
All prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate.
General Information
Ages: 6 to 18 years.
Recommended Attire: Comfortable sportswear is advised. Accessories such as necklaces, rings, or watches are not recommended.
Family Participation: Birthday Parties are exclusively for children and young people, who will always be supervised by a team of monitors and, where applicable, Sporting CP coaches. Immediate family members or legal guardians of the birthday child may be present only during the welcome and, later, for the snack and/or “Happy Birthday” celebration. Exceptionally, with prior justification and approval by Sporting CP, the permanent presence of up to 2 adults may be authorized, subject to an additional fee of €20 per person.
Participant Confirmation: Participant confirmation must be made at least 5 working days before the party via email. Any additional participants on the day of the Birthday Party will incur an extra cost according to the chosen package: Challenge Pack - €25, Legacy Pack - €28, Adventure Pack - €30, Champions Pack - €39.
Reservation Confirmation: The party reservation will only be confirmed upon payment of a €200 deposit.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 4 working days before the Birthday Party date.
Minimum Billing Number: For billing purposes, a minimum of 15 participants is required.
Availability: Confirmation of dates and times will only after fulfilling the reservation form. After confirmation, if any scheduling conflicts arise due to the Sporting calendar or other club events affecting the facilities, Sporting CP reserves the right to change the Birthday Party date. If an alternative date cannot be arranged, the party may be canceled.
